These large, full-extension drawers are above the sink on the port side. They are very deep and allow us to utilize all the deep storage space that we couldn't otherwise reach. The fridge is just to the left. We sacrificed a portlight for this but we feel the trade will be worthwhile.
Below are wire baskets for dry storage of produce and floppy items. They are on the starboard side next to the oven, which is very well insulated from this area. There is excellent ventilation to manage mold and minimize spoilage.

We'll be covering the raised countertop with laminate.

This is our custom cook center. The oven is above, vented out the top front. I harvested a diesel oven from a marine stove and converted it to propane. I resold the burner top alone and it's happily cooking things up in Canada! The in-port microwave is installed below.

Our cooktop is a one-of-a-kind creation made with the guts of two BBQ side burners, a heavy camp grate, and a stainless body cut and bent to my model. The wok rings, which are removable, came with the side burner units and they fit our pans perfectly. This baby puts out some heat!

There is a deck hatch directly above this cook center and another over the sink area for the necessary ventilation.
